Our Emotional Intelligence Challenge Journey

Week 1: Recognize

You can’t manage what you don’t notice. We’ll begin by helping you identify your emotions more accurately, understand your emotional patterns, and develop greater self-awareness.

Week 2: Understand

Why do two people react differently to the same situation? Why do certain comments stay with you for days while others barely affect you? We’ll explore the thoughts, beliefs, triggers, needs, and experiences that shape your emotional world.

Week 3: Respond

This is where insight becomes action. You’ll learn practical emotional regulation tools that help you respond intentionally instead of reacting automatically when emotions run high.

Week 4: Relate

Emotional intelligence isn’t only personal. It influences how we communicate, navigate conflict, set boundaries, support others, and build healthy relationships.

Week 5: Grow

Finally, we’ll focus on turning these skills into sustainable habits so emotional intelligence becomes part of how you live, not just something you learned during a challenge.
