Non-Refundable Policy
At RikoConsults, we are committed to providing structured, professional, and confidential consulting services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments made for consultations, packages, workshops, and digital services are non-refundable.
1. General Policy
All service payments are final. Once a session, package, or program is booked and payment is confirmed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:
One-on-one consultations
Recovery programs and structured packages
Marriage and family counseling sessions
Workshops, lectures, and training sessions
Digital materials and educational resources
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies may arise.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of that session.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed and are non-transferable.
3. Package Commitments
For multi-session packages:
Payments secure your reserved slots and professional time allocation.
Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable.
Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibility
RikoConsults provides guidance, structure, and professional support. However, results depend significantly on client participation, honesty, and commitment. Dissatisfaction based on unmet expectations does not qualify for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and extraordinary cases, management reserves the sole discretion to offer:
A one-time reschedule
A service credit (not a refund)
By purchasing or booking any service with RikoConsults, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.
