RuthieSpeaks With You: Product Clarity Session

Sometimes, you don't need another course, framework, or Google search. You just need someone to sit with you, look at what you're building, and help you think it through.

RuthieSpeaks With You is a one-on-one product advisory session with Ruthie, a Product Manager, podcast host and storyteller, designed for founders, aspiring product managers and builders who need clarity around what they're creating.

Bring the product idea, feature, roadmap, decision or challenge you're currently working through. We'll unpack it together, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions where necessary, and identify practical next steps.

What we can work through

• Product ideas and early stage concepts

• MVP definition and prioritisation

• Product strategy and direction

• Feature prioritisation

• Product roadmaps

• Product decisions and trade offs

• Product challenges you're currently stuck on

• Getting an outside perspective on something you're building

• Product management questions and career direction

What you'll get from the session

A focused conversation around your specific situation, rather than a generic lecture.

Depending on what we work through, you'll leave with:

• Greater clarity around the problem you're solving

• A better understanding of what needs your attention

• Questions or assumptions that need further validation

• Practical next steps

• An outside perspective on your product or decision

This is a working session, so come prepared to talk honestly about what you're building, where you're stuck and what you're trying to figure out.

Bring the idea. Bring the problem. Bring the confusion. Let's work through it together.
