Why I built this

One of the reasons I put these books together goes back to my service year. I was posted to work in the Senate building during my one year National Service. One afternoon, a young student who ran her own small business came into my office for help with something school related.

While I was assisting her, I noticed her face. She looked worried. I asked what was wrong.

She told me her customers, even the old ones who used to buy from her regularly, suddenly did not want to buy anymore. They always had one excuse or another. It was becoming difficult to get anyone to pay, and this business was literally how she survived.

I told her exactly what to say the next time it happened. She tried it. The customer paid.

A few days later, another customer gave her the same kind of excuse. I told her what to say again. It worked again. Then she told a friend, and that friend reached out too.

That is when it clicked for me. It was never really about the product. It was about how business owners were replying to their customers, often without even realizing it.

So I started messaging business owners directly and asking one simple question. "What slows your customers down from paying you, and how do they usually say it?"

The replies became a growing document of every roadblock a customer throws at a seller right before they are about to pay. I chatted with and questioned over 400 small and mid sized businesses that sell through DMs. This bundle is what came out of it.

Common Questions

How do I actually use this in a real chat?

Open the PDF and minimize it. While you're replying to a customer, open it back up, find the script that best fits the situation, copy it, and modify it slightly to fit the conversation perfectly. The book also walks you through this exact process in its opening pages.

I don't have a big following, will this still work for me?

These scripts don't need an audience. They work inside 1 on 1 chats you're already having. If you're replying to even one customer a day, this works for you.

How do I get the files after I pay?

Instant, automatic delivery through Selar. No waiting on a DM reply from me.
