Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of The Last Restart websites and your purchase and use of The Zero-Reset System™ and related digital resources.

1. Agreement
By using our websites or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. The product
The Zero-Reset System™ and its bonuses are downloadable or electronically delivered educational resources. Product contents vary by version and are described on the relevant sales and checkout pages. The product is not coaching, clinical care or a personalised medical service.
3. Price and payment
The current price for each listed version is GHS 197 unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Paystack using the methods it makes available. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
4. Delivery and permanent access
After successful payment, access or download instructions are sent electronically or made available through the purchase flow. “Permanent access” means your licence to keep and use the purchased materials does not expire. It does not guarantee that a particular download page, hosting service or file format will remain available forever. Download and securely retain your files when they are delivered.
If delivery does not arrive, contact us with the email used at checkout and your Paystack transaction reference.
5. Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own purposes. The Last Restart and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce, resell, share, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense, modify for resale, use to train an artificial-intelligence system, or give another person access to the product without written permission.
6. Refunds
Your purchase is covered by the Refund Policy, including the stated 30-day money-back guarantee. Any non-waivable rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Educational and health information
The product provides general educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of results. Read the Medical Disclaimer before using the product. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when needed, particularly before changing exercise, nutrition or lifestyle practices if you have a health condition or concern.
8. Results and testimonials
Outcomes differ between individuals and depend on factors including starting point, implementation, health, sleep, nutrition, activity and circumstances. We do not guarantee weight loss, body-composition changes, increased energy, consistent adherence, improved health markers or prevention of disease. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences or illustrative scenarios and are not promises of typical results.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, correct or update our websites and digital materials. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse or legal compliance. We will make reasonable efforts not to materially reduce the core value of a purchased product.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Last Restart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the websites or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the information and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Ghana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
