MEMOIR AT 28

I was at the mortuary on the 21st of August, 2020, cleaning up the body of my Brother and I remember how he loved Rap Music and how much he would have loved to be an amazing rapper. Maybe he thought we won't like the idea, maybe he was waiting for the right time.. Maybe..

I still find it hard to understand how we try as Humans to tie our happiness to a destination and connect fulfilment to the world's definition of success. We want everything to MAKE SENSE, be in sync and be totally perfect.

In this unusually riveting and humor-lade memoir, I was able to bare the pages of my life for everyone to see how important it is to celebrate the beauty of an ordinary life. With a disruptive insight on how a memoir should look like, I wittingly positioned how to embrace the most embarrassing moment and how to avoid letting your huge wins color how you see life.

Work In Progress is a reflection of authenticity; an artful compendium of stories that would remind you to take off the blinders of the quest for perfection and take stock of the simply phenomenal things that we are doing, in spite of your shortcoming. No bells, no whistles, just unapologetically ME. The book would remind you that you can inspire others right from where you are; no pedestals, no political appointments, no presidential recognition
