Nigeria’s data protection landscape is evolving rapidly. With the introduction of the NDPC GAID 2025 and tighter oversight from CBN, NCC, and NHIA, tick-box compliance is no longer enough. Today, regulators require organisations to show real, operational evidence, not just promises on paper.

The Nigeria Data Protection & GRC Compliance Toolkit (Version 2.0) is designed to help you move from theory to practical, auditable compliance. Whether you’re building a new privacy program or strengthening your existing controls, this toolkit gives you a comprehensive, practitioner-ready framework for every stage of NDPA 2023 implementation.
