Eat simple. Control your portions. Stay consistent. Build better habits.

The whole meal plan is focused on simple, structured clean eating for 120 days, with the goal of helping someone build consistent eating habits while supporting a leaner, healthier body.

The core focus is:

1. Whole, minimally processed foods

The plan is built around foods like chicken breast, fish, lean beef, eggs, sweet potatoes, oats, vegetables, avocado and fresh fruits.

2. Portion control

Rather than telling someone to completely eliminate food, the plan teaches them to control portions of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vegetables and fruit.

3. Consistent meal timing

The challenge has a clear daily routine:

7–8 AM: Chia + lemon water
12 PM: Main lunch
5–6 PM: Dinner
After 6 PM: No scheduled meals

4. High-protein, balanced lunches

Lunch is the most substantial meal, combining a protein source with a controlled carbohydrate, vegetables and sometimes avocado.

5. Light, simple dinners

Dinner focuses mainly on fresh fruits or salads, keeping the evening meal simple rather than having another heavy meal.

6. Less reliance on added fats and heavily processed foods

The signature Monday meal, for example, uses air-fried steak and sweet potato with boiled eggs and avocado, without added oil.

7. Variety without complication

The person isn’t expected to cook 120 completely different recipes. Instead, the same core ingredients are intelligently rotated into different combinations.

8. Discipline and consistency

This is probably the biggest theme of the entire challenge. It’s not supposed to be a “quick detox” or a magic weight-loss diet. It’s a 120-day commitment to following a structured eating routine.
