Most retail investors on the NGX wing it. No framework. No allocation discipline. No idea when to buy more or when to hold.

This template changes that.

The 75/15/10 Portfolio Audit Template gives you a complete institutional-grade tracking system built in Excel, so you always know exactly where your money is, whether your portfolio is balanced, when dividends are coming, and where your risk floor sits.

What's inside:

Portfolio Valuation Ledger — Track up to 6 holdings with auto-calculated cost basis, current value, net return, and ROI.
Strategy Compliance Checker — Enter your holdings once. The template tells you instantly if you're overweight or under-allocated across your Core Anchor (75%), Tactical Growth (15%), and Speculative (10%) buckets.
Dividend & Cash Deployment Planner — Log expected dividends and plan up to 4 capital tranches with price triggers and strategic focus notes.
Risk Alert Engine — Automatic stop-loss floors (−10%) and profit-taking targets (+25%, +50%) per ticker, with live status labels.
Step-by-step instructions sheet — So you or anyone you share it with can hit the ground running.
