By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Payment
- All payments made towards the mentorship program — whether full payment or installment payments — are non-refundable.
- This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, non-participation, or inability to attend live sessions.
2. Commitment to Participation
- Enrollment in the mentorship program represents a commitment to personal growth and participation.
- We encourage participants to fully engage with the resources, mentorship, and community support provided to maximize their experience.
3. Program Access and Resources
- Upon payment, participants gain access to exclusive content, resources, live mentorship, and community forums, which cannot be "returned."
- As such, no refunds can be issued once access to any part of the program has been granted.
4. Payment Plans
- If you have chosen a payment plan (such as the 50-30-20 plan), you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments by their due dates.
- Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to program materials and the mentorship community.
5. Agreement to Terms
- By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
- You further agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or claims against Visionnaire Academy or its payment processors.
