By purchasing or using any service or digital product from MUXAPP STORE, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services Offered
MUXAPP provides digital products and services including, but not limited to:
- Music and music production
- Beats and audio-related digital products
- Website development
- UI/UX design services
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.
2. Orders & Requirements
Clients must provide clear and complete requirements at the start of the order. Delays or changes caused by incomplete or late information may affect delivery timelines.
3. Revisions
Revisions are provided based on the package or agreement selected at the time of purchase. Revisions apply only to the original scope of work. Requests that exceed the original scope may require an additional fee.
4. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. MUXAPP is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or requirement changes from the client.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final once work has started or a digital product has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided after delivery. Exceptions may be considered only if MUXAPP is unable to deliver the agreed service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final delivered work for its intended purpose.
- MUXAPP retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of unreleased or unpaid work is strictly prohibited.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree not to use MUXAPP’s services for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes. Any content provided by the client must not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
MUXAPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered digital products or services.
9. Communication
Professional and respectful communication is required at all times. MUXAPP reserves the right to cancel orders if communication becomes abusive or uncooperative.
10. Modifications to Terms
MUXAPP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
