Healing does not have to feel confusing or overwhelming. This package is designed to guide you step by step, so you can start seeing real change at a comfortable pace.

We will help you understand your patterns, manage your emotions better, and begin working through what you are going through using practical tools and support.

We use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), a structured and effective approach that helps you process past experiences and build healthier ways of thinking and responding.

The fee covers four (4) sessions, each lasting 50–55 minutes.

Important Booking Policy

• Your payment secures your appointment and is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Sessions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. To help you make the most of your session, we encourage you to book your appointment within this timeframe.
• If your session is not scheduled or attended within 30 days, it will automatically expire. Should you still wish to proceed after this period, a new booking will be required.
