REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RECURRING BILLING POLICY

This Refund, Cancellation, and Recurring Billing Policy ("Refund Policy") explains the rules that apply to products and Services sold directly by Crave4Success, including one-time digital products, subscriptions, memberships, software or AI access, and other recurring Services. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
By completing a purchase from Crave4Success, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies only to products and Services sold directly by Crave4Success through our Website, checkout pages, customer portals, or authorized sales channels.
It does not apply to products or services purchased from independent third-party merchants through affiliate links or recommendations. Those transactions are between you and the applicable third-party provider and are governed by that provider's refund, cancellation, billing, warranty, and other terms.
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions specifically concerning refunds, returns, cancellations, recurring billing, or credits, this Refund Policy governs those specific matters, subject to mandatory law.
2. Products and Services Covered
Crave4Success may offer, now or in the future:
ebooks and PDF guides;
digital workbooks, planners, checklists, templates, prompt packs, spreadsheets, and resource guides;
downloadable files and digital bonuses;
online courses and educational libraries;
memberships and subscription-based content;
software, web applications, AI-powered tools, assistants, or other hosted digital services;
customer portals, resource libraries, or online communities;
other one-time or recurring digital Services described at checkout.
The refund and cancellation rules that apply depend on the type of product or Service purchased and any additional terms clearly disclosed at or before checkout.
3. One-Time Digital Products - General Final-Sale Rule
Except where this Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, sales of one-time Digital Products are final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered or made available for access.
A Digital Product is considered successfully delivered when it is made available to you by email, customer account, download page, secure link, online portal, dashboard, or another electronic delivery method specified by Crave4Success.
Because electronically delivered products cannot ordinarily be physically returned and may be copied or retained after access, we generally do not accept returns after successful delivery.
4. Reasons That Ordinarily Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a refund will ordinarily not be issued merely because you:
change your mind after purchase;
purchase by mistake;
no longer need or want the product;
fail to read the product description before purchasing;
purchase an incompatible product despite clearly stated requirements;
dislike the style, format, presentation, or content based solely on personal preference;
do not download, access, use, complete, or implement the product after successful delivery;
do not achieve a particular financial, business, educational, personal, or other result;
lack the time, equipment, internet connection, software, skill, experience, or resources needed to use the product where relevant requirements were reasonably disclosed;
find a similar product elsewhere or later discover a lower price or promotion.

5. Delivery, Access, and Technical Problems
If you experience difficulty receiving, accessing, opening, or using a purchased product because of a delivery or technical problem that may be attributable to Crave4Success, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected].
To help us investigate efficiently, we recommend reporting delivery or technical issues within fourteen (14) days of purchase. A later report may still be reviewed where appropriate or legally required.
We may first attempt to resolve the problem by providing support, a corrected file, replacement download link, restored account access, or another reasonable technical remedy before considering a refund where permitted by law.
6. Duplicate Charges and Incorrect Product Delivery
If the same transaction is duplicated because of a verified payment-processing error, we may reverse or refund the duplicate charge, provide a credit, or use another appropriate remedy.
If we deliver a different Digital Product from the one you purchased, we will ordinarily provide the correct product at no additional charge. A refund may be considered where the error cannot reasonably be corrected or where applicable law requires one.
7. Corrupted, Defective, or Unusable Files
If a file supplied by Crave4Success is corrupted, incomplete, materially defective, or unusable because of an error in our delivery, we will ordinarily attempt to provide a corrected or replacement copy. A refund may be considered only if the problem cannot reasonably be corrected or where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
8. Subscriptions and Memberships
Certain Services may be offered as subscriptions or memberships billed weekly, monthly, annually, or at another recurring interval disclosed at checkout.
Where automatic renewal applies, the recurring price, billing interval, renewal basis, and any trial or promotional terms will be disclosed at or before checkout. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription or membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel before the next renewal using any cancellation method available in your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewals after it becomes effective.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation does not create a refund for charges already incurred, and no prorated refund is provided for an unused portion of the then-current billing period. Access may continue until the end of that paid period unless access is terminated earlier for a valid reason under our Terms and Conditions.
If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved. This does not eliminate amounts lawfully due for a period already provided.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Subscription Periods
Where a free trial or promotional period automatically converts to a paid subscription, the conversion terms and applicable price will be disclosed at or before enrollment. Automatic conversion will occur only where permitted by law and any legally required consent has been obtained.
To avoid the first paid renewal charge, you must cancel before the trial or promotional period expires. If you do not cancel in time, the disclosed recurring charge may be processed, subject to any mandatory cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
10. Software, AI Tools, Hosted Services, and Online Access
Software, AI tools, web applications, hosted dashboards, online libraries, and similar Services may be licensed or provided as access-based Services rather than downloadable products.
Payment grants only the access or license expressly described at the time of purchase. It does not transfer ownership of the software, platform, model, source code, database, or underlying intellectual property.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, bug fixes, model changes, feature improvements, security measures, usage limits, or reasonable modifications to functionality do not automatically create a refund right.
Where an access-based Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period because of a problem within our reasonable control, we may, at our discretion and where lawful, provide restored access, an extension, service credit, replacement functionality, or another appropriate remedy. Any mandatory legal remedy remains unaffected.
If the software or AI Service is offered on a recurring basis, the subscription and cancellation rules in this Refund Policy also apply.
11. Recurring Services and Future Service Categories
Crave4Success may introduce other recurring Services, including communities, premium educational programs, coaching-support platforms, resource libraries, software plans, or similar services.
Unless a different rule is clearly disclosed at or before checkout, recurring fees pay for access during the applicable billing period and are not refundable or prorated merely because you choose not to use the Service during all or part of that period.
Any product-specific cancellation or refund term disclosed at checkout supplements this Refund Policy. If a product-specific term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right prevails.
12. Cancellation Procedure
Where a Service can be cancelled, use the cancellation control in your account if one is available. You may also request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the relevant account and subscription.
A cancellation request is effective when processed or when applicable law requires it to be effective. We may request reasonable verification to protect accounts from unauthorized cancellation.
You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal is processed if you wish to avoid that charge, except where applicable law provides a different rule.
13. Price Changes for Recurring Services
We may change the price of a recurring Service for future renewal periods. A price change will not retroactively alter a charge already properly incurred. Where required by law or the applicable checkout terms, we will provide advance notice before a new price applies to a future renewal and obtain any additional consent required by applicable law.
If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the applicable renewal date.
14. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Although refunds are generally restricted as described above, we may consider or provide a refund, reversal, credit, extension, replacement, or other remedy in circumstances such as:
a verified duplicate charge;
delivery of the wrong product that cannot reasonably be corrected;
a technical failure attributable to Crave4Success that prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved after support attempts;
a corrupted or unusable file that cannot reasonably be replaced;
a billing error attributable to Crave4Success;
a refund or other monetary remedy that applicable consumer-protection law requires.
Any discretionary refund or credit is considered case by case and does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other circumstances.
Where a refund is required or approved, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to payment-provider processing times and requirements.
15. No Refund for Affiliate Purchases
If you click an affiliate link on Crave4Success and purchase from an independent third-party merchant, Crave4Success is not the seller of that product or service and does not control the merchant's refund or cancellation process. You must contact the merchant directly. Our Affiliate Disclosure provides additional information about these relationships.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a direct Crave4Success transaction is incorrect, please contact [email protected] so we have an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue.
Where a payment is disputed, we may provide the payment processor, bank, card network, or other relevant financial institution with reasonably necessary records, including order information, delivery confirmations, access or download logs where collected, communications, account information, and other transaction evidence, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this section restricts any lawful right you may have to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise disputable transaction.
17. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Redistribution
We may investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, account sharing, piracy, unauthorized redistribution, abuse of this Refund Policy, or other misuse of our products or Services.
Where reasonably justified and permitted by law, we may cancel orders, suspend or terminate access, refuse future transactions, revoke licenses, preserve relevant records, provide evidence to payment providers, or report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
18. License and Access After Refund or Charge Reversal
A purchase of a Digital Product grants only the limited license described in our Terms and Conditions for lawful personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the underlying Crave4Success materials unless expressly authorized in writing.
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise unwound, we may revoke the associated license and terminate access to the affected product or Service to the extent permitted by law. You must stop using and, where reasonably applicable, delete copies for which the license has been revoked, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Consumer Rights and Mandatory Law
This Refund Policy is intended to operate together with applicable consumer-protection laws, including mandatory rights that may apply based on the nature of the transaction and your jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Refund Policy requires you to waive a right, remedy, refund, cancellation right, or statutory protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable legal requirement, the legal requirement prevails to the extent of that conflict. Except for a remedy expressly promised in this Refund Policy, approved by Crave4Success in a particular case, or required by mandatory applicable law, Crave4Success does not voluntarily assume an obligation to provide a refund, credit, compensation, restitution, or other monetary remedy.
20. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our products, Services, billing models, operational practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Where additional notice or consent is legally required for a material change affecting an existing recurring Service, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent as required.
