A material change will not retroactively alter rights or obligations that accrued before its effective date unless applicable law permits or requires that result. For an existing recurring Service, material changes to price, renewal, cancellation, or other core payment terms will apply prospectively, and we will obtain additional consent where applicable law requires it.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where affirmative consent is legally required, continued use alone will not substitute for that consent.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree with a revised term, you must discontinue the affected Service and, where applicable, cancel future renewals before they are processed.

 

5. Accounts and Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

6. Purchases and Payment Terms

By purchasing any Digital Product or Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at checkout.

Prices may change for future purchases without prior notice unless applicable law requires notice. A price change will not retroactively alter the price of an order already completed, except where expressly agreed, required to correct an obvious pricing error in a manner permitted by law, or otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout;
  • applicable taxes may be added where required by law;
  • payment processing is handled by independent third-party payment providers.

We do not store your complete payment card information.

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment processors in accordance with their respective privacy policies and security standards.

You authorize us to rely upon confirmation from our payment processors that payment has been successfully completed before granting access to purchased Digital Products or Services.

If payment:

  • fails,
  • is reversed,
  • is disputed,
  • is charged back,
  • or is otherwise cancelled,

we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the purchased Services until the matter has been resolved.

 

6A. Subscriptions, Memberships, Software Access, and Recurring Billing

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription, membership, software-access, or other recurring-fee basis.

Where recurring billing applies, the billing interval, price, renewal terms, trial terms (if any), and any material cancellation conditions will be disclosed at or before checkout.

By enrolling in a recurring Service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide at each renewal interval until you cancel, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring Services renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.

You may cancel a recurring Service using any cancellation method made available in your account or by contacting [email protected]. To avoid a future renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred, and access may continue until the end of the then-current paid billing period.

If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, we may suspend or terminate access to the affected Service until payment is successfully completed.

Promotional or free-trial periods will convert to paid recurring access only where that conversion and the applicable price were clearly disclosed and any legally required consent was obtained.

Any refund, credit, cancellation, or billing remedy relating to recurring Services is subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

7. Digital Product Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, Digital Products are delivered electronically.

Delivery methods may include:

  • email delivery;

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • payment verification;
  • technical issues;

It is your responsibility to:

  • ensure your inbox can receive our emails;
  • check spam or junk folders;
  • securely save your purchased files after delivery where downloads are provided.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continued access to Digital Products, we do not guarantee perpetual availability of downloads, customer portals, or online access unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

 

8. License to Use Digital Products

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and successful payment where applicable, Crave4Success grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use purchased Digital Products solely for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes.

Internal business use permits you to apply the information, systems, templates, prompts, and educational concepts within your own business operations, but it does not permit you to distribute the underlying Crave4Success materials to clients, customers, employees, contractors, organizations, or other third parties unless we expressly authorize that use in writing.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

reproduce Digital Products except for reasonable personal backup copies;

distribute Digital Products;

resell Digital Products;

sublicense Digital Products;

lease or lend Digital Products;

publicly display or publicly perform Digital Products;

modify or adapt Digital Products for resale, redistribution, white-labeling, client delivery, or other commercial distribution;

upload Digital Products to file-sharing websites or shared repositories;

share download links, access credentials, or copies with others;

provide copies to friends, colleagues, clients, customers, employees, contractors, organizations, or other third parties;

include our materials in paid or free memberships, courses, communities, service packages, or client deliverables;

use our Digital Products to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems unless expressly permitted in writing;

remove copyright notices, proprietary notices, or branding;

claim ownership of any portion of our Digital Products.

Any use beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access, revocation of the license, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content made available through our Services, including but not limited to:

  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • brand names;
  • graphics;
  • website design;
  • software;
  • AI systems;
  • prompts;
  • ebooks;
  • guides;
  • implementation systems;
  • workbooks;
  • templates;
  • videos;
  • audio;
  • downloads;
  • educational materials;
  • text;
  • databases;
  • source code (where applicable); and
  • all related intellectual property,

is owned by Crave4Success or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in any Content are transferred to you.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Crave4Success.

 

10. Unauthorized Use and Anti-Piracy

Protecting our intellectual property is essential to maintaining the quality and sustainability of our Services.

You agree that you will not directly or indirectly:

  • upload our Digital Products to file-sharing websites;
  • distribute copies through email, cloud storage, or messaging platforms;
  • share customer download links;
  • sell or give away our products;
  • reproduce substantial portions of our Content;
  • create derivative commercial products based on our materials;
  • bypass security measures protecting our Services;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRAVE4SUCCESS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "CRAVE4SUCCESS PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO MONETARY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, EXPENSE, COMPENSATION, RESTITUTION, OR OTHER MONETARY REMEDY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT, CONTENT, INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATION, AI OUTPUT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR TRANSACTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CRAVE4SUCCESS PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR NOMINAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INCOME, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, CUSTOMERS, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; CORRUPTION OF FILES; REPUTATIONAL HARM; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR ANY SIMILAR COMMERCIAL, FINANCIAL, PERSONAL, OR ECONOMIC LOSS.

These exclusions apply regardless of the legal or equitable theory asserted, including contract, tort (including negligence where permitted by law), strict liability, statute, restitution, misrepresentation, or otherwise, and even if a Crave4Success Party has been advised of the possibility of the loss.

WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS COMPLETE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF A PARTICULAR LIABILITY OR MONETARY REMEDY, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS THAT LIABILITY OR REMEDY TO THE EXTENT THE PROHIBITION APPLIES. NO CRAVE4SUCCESS PARTY VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ANY LIABILITY, REFUND, COMPENSATION, RESTITUTION, OR OTHER MONETARY OBLIGATION BEYOND WHAT MANDATORY APPLICABLE LAW EXPRESSLY REQUIRES.

For avoidance of doubt, this Section does not remove or restrict any non-waivable refund right, cancellation right, statutory remedy, consumer protection, or liability that applicable law expressly prohibits us from excluding or limiting. Any mandatory right or remedy applies according to the applicable law and only to the extent that law requires.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

33. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crave4Success and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the Services;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • User Content submitted by you;
  • your negligent or wrongful conduct.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

This indemnity applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. It does not require a consumer to indemnify any Crave4Success Party for that party's own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, defective performance, breach of a non-waivable statutory duty, or any liability that applicable law prohibits us from transferring to the consumer.

 

34. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to any portion of the Services if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • violated these Terms;
  • engaged in fraudulent activity;
  • infringed intellectual property rights;
  • attempted unauthorized access;
  • abused our Services;
  • interfered with the security or operation of the Services;
  • engaged in conduct that may expose Crave4Success or other users to harm or legal liability.

Termination of access does not affect any accrued rights, obligations, or remedies existing prior to termination.

 

35. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease;
  • you must stop using the affected Services;
  • you must permanently delete any unauthorized copies of our Digital Products;
  • provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued before termination.

 

36. Refund Policy

Purchases of products or Services sold directly by Crave4Success are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Purchases completed with independent third-party merchants through affiliate links are governed by the merchant's own refund, cancellation, and billing terms.

By purchasing any Digital Product or Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, cancellations, or returns, the Refund Policy shall govern those specific matters.

Each party acts solely as an independent contracting party.

 

50. Entire Agreement
