Customer satisfaction is important to me.
Digital Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds may only be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate purchases.
- Incorrect charges.
- Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.
Physical Artwork
Returns and refunds are only accepted if:
- The wrong artwork was sent.
- The artwork arrives significantly damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
