Thank you for purchasing original artwork from my store. Every piece is handled with care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your artwork has been shipped, you will be notified.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times (6-7 business days), delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond my control.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. I will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are only considered if the artwork arrives significantly damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
