- Register a non-exclusive MOEzart beat with YouTube Content ID or a similar automated rights-management system without written permission.
- Transfer a purchased license to another person.
- Use purchased content in a manner prohibited by the applicable license.

Payment must be successfully completed before digital products are delivered.
MOEzart reserves the right to change prices or product availability.
7. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the applicable storefront or delivery system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to the email address or account used for their purchase.
If a customer experiences a genuine technical problem accessing a purchased product, they should contact MOEzart.
