The Naira Plan: A Practical Budgeting Workbook for Real, Irregular Income

Your income may be unpredictable, but your money plan doesn't have to be.

Do you struggle to manage your money because your salary comes in instalments, your business income fluctuates, or you earn from different sources at different times? Do you sometimes wonder where your money went before the next payment arrives?

You are not alone, and you do not necessarily need to earn more to start managing your money better. You need a practical system to help you make intentional decisions with whatever you have.

The Naira Plan is a practical, fillable budgeting workbook created to help you organise your finances, plan your spending, track your progress, reduce debt, and build healthier money habits, even when your income is irregular.

Unlike budgeting methods that assume you receive a fixed amount on the same day every month, this workbook helps you decide what matters most and allocate your money according to your priorities whenever it arrives.

What's inside?

With The Naira Plan, you will get practical worksheets to help you:

Understand your finances: Map your income sources, identify your expenses, and bring your debts into one clear picture.
Create a flexible budget: Build a priority-based budget that works with the money available to you.
Manage every payment: Decide how to allocate your salary, business income, freelance payments, or other earnings as soon as they arrive.
Build your savings: Set savings goals, follow a 52-week savings challenge, and track your emergency fund.
Work towards becoming debt-free: Record outstanding debts and monitor your repayment progress.
Develop better money habits: Use weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and impulse-spending reflections to understand your financial decisions.
Plan for the future: Set annual financial goals, calculate your net worth, and monitor your progress.
Track additional income and informal savings: Keep records of side-hustle earnings, Ajo and Esusu contributions, and no-spend challenges.

Who is this workbook for?

The Naira Plan helps salary earners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, side-hustlers, self-employed professionals, and anyone whose income does not arrive in one predictable monthly payment. It is especially useful if you want to be more intentional about spending, understand your financial situation, manage debt, or build a realistic savings plan without relying on complicated spreadsheets or rigid budgeting rules.

Simple, practical, and ready to use

The workbook contains structured pages you can reuse as your financial situation changes. You can print the pages and fill them in by hand, or type directly into the boxes using a compatible application.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Start with what you earn, be honest about what you spend, identify your priorities, and take one step at a time.

Your financial progress begins with clarity, not perfection.

Get The Naira Plan today and start giving every naira a purpose, building better money habits, and working towards a more secure financial future.

Please note: This is a budgeting and financial organisation workbook, not a guarantee of financial results or a substitute for personalised financial advice.
