Business owners often need legal advice before they know what document, structure or course of action is appropriate.

The Business Advisory Consultation is a focused 60-minute session with Bukola Seun-Oloruntuga, Principal of Morecraft Law, designed to help you examine a defined business question, understand relevant legal considerations and identify practical next steps.

This consultation may be right for you if you are considering a new business or ownership structure; dealing with a co-founder, shareholder or governance question; bringing in an investor, strategic partner or family member; planning an expansion or restructuring; considering a significant commercial relationship; addressing continuity or succession; or facing another defined business decision requiring legal guidance.

What we will cover:

We will discuss the issue identified in your pre-consultation questionnaire, the relevant business context, the principal legal considerations and the practical options or next steps that may be available.

What you will receive:

·       a pre-consultation questionnaire;

·       a 60-minute one-to-one virtual consultation; and

·       a short written summary of key points and recommended next steps within 48 hours.

How it works:

Purchase or book the consultation, complete the pre-consultation questionnaire and select your appointment time. The appointment remains subject to Morecraft Law's conflict and client-acceptance procedures.

Consultation fee:

N322,999, inclusive of applicable VAT

The consultation is an initial advisory session based on the information you provide. It does not include detailed document review, drafting, contract mark-up, negotiation, a formal legal opinion, due diligence or implementation work. Any further instruction is subject to a separate scope and engagement.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to the applicable booking and cancellation policy.
