4.1 Digital products
Because downloadable digital resources are supplied electronically and access may be provided immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been made available, except where the files are defective, materially different from the product description, supplied in error, duplicated through a payment error, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience an access or file problem, contact [email protected] so that we can first attempt to resolve it.
4.2 Estate Planning Consultation
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Where Morecraft Law cannot provide the consultation because of a conflict or client-acceptance issue identified before the consultation, the consultation fee will be refunded in full. Requests to cancel for other reasons will be considered having regard to the timing of the request and whether substantive preparation or reserved professional time has already been committed.
4.3 Business Legal Health Check
If Morecraft Law cannot undertake the health check because of a conflict or client-acceptance issue identified before substantive work begins, the fee will be refunded in full. Once a review of the completed questionnaire or submitted documents has begun, the service is regarded as having commenced, and the fee is ordinarily non-refundable. Where a client does not provide the information or documents required to proceed, the matter may be placed on hold until the outstanding material is received.
4.4 Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once or an incorrect payment has been processed, contact us promptly with the purchase details so the transaction can be reviewed.
4.5 How to request assistance
Send refund, cancellation, rescheduling or access queries to [email protected] and include the name and email address used for the purchase, the product or service purchased and a short explanation of the issue.
