Shipping & Delivery Policy
Devien Consult Ltd offers digital products, training programmes, coaching, and consulting services. As we do not sell or ship physical goods, this policy explains how each type of purchase is delivered instead.
1. Digital Downloads
eBooks, HR templates, SOP packs, and other digital products are delivered instantly and automatically via email and your Selar account immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at [email protected]
2. Devien HR Academy
Upon enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message within minutes of payment, followed by your pre-cohort preparation checklist and access details ahead of your cohort's start date. Live session links are sent 24 hours and again 1 hour before each class.
3. Career Coaching Services
Following purchase, you will receive a scheduling link by email and WhatsApp to book your session at a time that works for you. Any deliverables tied to your service (e.g., a completed CV or LinkedIn audit) will be delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the individual service listing, typically 3–5 business days from your session.
4. HR Consulting, Recruitment, and Corporate Training
These engagements do not follow a fixed "delivery" timeline in the way a digital product does. Delivery milestones, timelines, and deliverables are set out in your signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and communicated directly by your assigned consultant.
5. Delivery Issues
If any purchase does not arrive as expected — a missing download, an access issue, or a scheduling link that hasn't come through — contact us at [email protected], and we will resolve it within 24 hours on business days.
