These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Devien Consult Ltd storefront and your purchase of any product or service listed here. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Us
Devien Consult Ltd is a Nigeria-based HR consulting and career development firm offering digital products, training programmes, coaching services, and consulting engagements, including the Devien HR Academy.
2. Scope of Purchase
Each product or service listing describes what is included. Where a listing does not explicitly include a deliverable (for example, 1:1 mentorship, follow-up sessions, or physical materials), it should be assumed not to be included unless confirmed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All templates, curricula, frameworks, recordings, and downloadable materials provided by Devien Consult Ltd remain our intellectual property. Purchase grants you a licence for individual or single-organisation use only. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use in training materials of your own without our written consent is not permitted.
4. Programme Conduct (Devien HR Academy and Cohort-Based Training)
Participants in the Devien HR Academy and other cohort-based programmes are expected to attend scheduled live sessions where possible, engage respectfully with fellow participants and facilitators, and complete assigned coursework in good faith. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a cohort or community space for conduct that disrupts the learning environment of others.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at checkout for digital products and fixed-price services, or as agreed in a signed Service Level Agreement for consulting and recruitment engagements.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our store. In summary: digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed; cohort-based programmes are refundable under a stated withdrawal window; consulting and recruitment engagements follow the terms of the signed SLA.
7. Limitation of Liability
Devien Consult Ltd provides its products and services on an "as is" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure their quality and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Devien Consult Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, including business decisions made on the basis of our advisory or training content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our store or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
