1. Who we are
Frey Digital Studio provides Football Competition Results & Standings Manager, a Google Sheets and Google Forms product for administering football competitions.

2. Information we receive
When a customer purchases through Selar, we may receive their name, email address, order details, payment status and other information required to confirm the purchase.
We ask the customer to provide a valid Gmail address so that we can prepare their workbook copy, connect the Result Form and transfer ownership.
We may also receive support messages and information that the customer voluntarily shares while requesting assistance.
We do not receive or store the customer's complete payment card or bank account details. Payment information is processed by Selar and its payment providers.
3. How we use information
We use customer information only to:
- Confirm purchases.
- Prepare and deliver the purchased product.
- Transfer ownership to the customer's Google account.
- Provide setup guidance and customer support.
- Investigate fraud, disputes or delivery problems.
- Maintain necessary transaction, accounting and legal records.
The Gmail address provided for delivery is not used for unrelated marketing unless the customer separately agrees to receive such communication.
4. Google account access
The product operates inside the customer's Google Sheets and Google Forms environment.
Its permissions are limited to the functions required to manage the current workbook, create and manage the connected Result Form, run authorised automation and display setup dialogs.
The product does not request full Google Drive access or account-wide Google Sheets access.
Competition information remains in Google files owned or controlled by the customer. Frey Digital Studio does not require ongoing access after delivery. Any access needed for support must be granted or retained with the customer's knowledge and can be removed by the customer.
Use of information received through Google services follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Information sharing
We may share information only when necessary with:
- Selar and its payment providers for checkout, payment confirmation, fraud prevention and transaction support.
- Google for operation of Google Sheets, Google Forms and account-based delivery.
- Service providers used for email, website hosting or customer support.
- Regulators, courts or public authorities when legally required.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
6. Data retention and deletion
Order, delivery and support records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product, support the customer, meet accounting or legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Competition data remains under the customer's control in their Google account. Customers can manage, export or delete that information using Google's controls.
A customer may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held by Frey Digital Studio by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Security and customer responsibility
We use reasonable measures to protect information used for delivery and support. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for protecting their Google accounts, controlling workbook and Form sharing permissions and deciding who may access their competition information.
8. Third-party services
Selar and Google process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Customers should review those policies before using the relevant services.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, delivery process, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a revised month and year.
