This Refunds Policy applies to purchases of the Football Competition Results & Standings Manager from Frey Digital Studio.
This is a manually prepared and delivered digital product. After purchase, Frey Digital Studio creates a fresh workbook copy, connects the customer's Google Result Form, and transfers access or ownership to the Gmail address supplied by the customer, where Google permits.
A refund may be approved if:
1. The product is not delivered within the delivery window stated at checkout.
2. The customer is charged more than once for the same purchase.
3. Frey Digital Studio is unable to provide the purchased product.
4. The delivered product is materially different from the product description and the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
A refund will not normally be provided after the workbook has been prepared and successfully delivered merely because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs it, or supplied an incorrect or inaccessible Gmail address.
Customers must provide an active Gmail address and respond to reasonable requests needed to complete delivery. If an incorrect address is supplied, Frey Digital Studio will make a reasonable effort to correct the delivery, but this may delay completion.
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days after the stated delivery deadline if the product was not delivered. Please include the purchase email address, order details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where available. Processing times may depend on Selar and the payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
