1. Product and licence
Football Competition Results & Standings Manager is a Google Sheets and Google Forms product for managing small football competitions, fixtures, results, standings and reports.
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one customer-owned copy for their own competition administration.
2. Delivery
This product is manually delivered after payment.
After purchase, Frey Digital Studio will request the purchaser's Gmail address. We will prepare a fresh workbook copy, connect the customer Result Form and transfer workbook ownership to the customer's Google account where Google permits the transfer.
Normal delivery is within one business day after the required information is received. The master workbook, internal files and another customer's data are not delivered.
If Google prevents ownership transfer because of account or organisation restrictions, we will contact the purchaser to agree an available delivery option under the Refunds Policy.
3. Purchaser responsibilities
The purchaser must provide an accurate Gmail address, maintain access to that account, follow Google's applicable terms, protect their account and use the product lawfully.
The purchaser is responsible for entering accurate competition information and managing sharing permissions for their own Google files.
4. Permitted use
The purchaser may use the delivered copy for their own football competition administration and may share competition reports with authorised participants.
The purchaser must not resell, redistribute, publish, copy or share the workbook template, Apps Script code, internal documentation or connected setup as a competing product.
5. Product scope and limitations
The product supports football competition setup, fixture creation, result collection, review, approval, standings, reports and validation checks.
It does not include player registration, goal scorer tracking, disciplinary administration, head-to-head ranking, automatic knockout progression, venue optimisation, unlimited support or custom formula rebuilding.
The product depends on Google Sheets, Google Forms and the purchaser's Google account permissions. Google service changes or account restrictions may affect some features.
6. Support
Support is available for setup questions, ordinary product use and reports of product errors.

Support does not include unlimited competition administration, custom development or rebuilding customer formulas.
7. Data and privacy
Information supplied for delivery and support is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Competition data remains in the Google files owned or controlled by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy, security and sharing of that data.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the separate Refunds Policy published for this store.
9. Acceptance
By purchasing the product, the purchaser confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
