By purchasing any digital product or course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase through our Selar store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.


2. Products and Services

2.1 Digital Products

All products are digital courses, guides, templates, and educational materials delivered electronically.


2.2 Delivery Method
  • Primary Delivery: Most courses are delivered via private Telegram channels.
  • Alternative Delivery: Some products may be delivered via email, Google Drive, or other platforms as specified on the product page.
  • A valid account on the required platform (e.g., Telegram) is necessary to access purchased products.
  • Delivery requirements are clearly stated on each product page before purchase.


2.3 Access Information
  • After purchase, contact will be made via WhatsApp or email to collect necessary access information (e.g., Telegram username).
  • Access information must be provided within 7 days of purchase.
  • Failure to provide access information within 7 days may result in an automatic refund and loss of access.


3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing
  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.
3.2 Payment
  • Payments are processed securely through Selar’s payment gateway.
  • All payment methods supported by Selar are accepted.
  • Full payment must be received before access is granted.


4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All course content, materials, videos, documents, and resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider.

4.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license is granted to:

  • Access and view course materials for personal use only.
  • Download materials where explicitly permitted.
  • Apply knowledge gained for personal or business development.
4.3 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing, distributing, or reselling course materials.
  • Copying, reproducing, or republishing content without written permission.
  • Sharing access credentials with others.
  • Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing video content.
  • Using materials to create competing products.
  • Uploading content to public file-sharing platforms.


Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under specific conditions.
  • No refunds are issued after accessing course materials or after 7 days.
  • No refunds are provided for failure to supply required access information.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.


6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • Respond to access requests within 7 days.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Use course materials ethically and legally.
  • Refrain from fraudulent chargebacks.


7. Course Updates and Changes

7.1 Course Updates
  • Course content may be updated at any time to improve quality and relevance.
  • Minor updates are provided free of charge to current students.
7.2 Major Version Changes
  • Completely new versions of courses are treated as separate products.
  • Previous purchasers are not automatically entitled to new versions.
  • Loyalty discounts may be offered at the provider’s discretion.
7.3 Course Discontinuation
  • The provider reserves the right to discontinue any course.
  • Access to discontinued courses may be limited or removed.
  • No obligation exists to provide alternative access or refunds for discontinued courses.

8.4 Third-Party Platforms

The provider is not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party platforms (PayPal, Telegram, etc.).
  • Account suspensions on external platforms.
  • Technical issues beyond control.
8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the course.


9. Account Termination

Access may be terminated if a user:

  • Engages in fraudulent behavior.
  • Abuses support or makes false claims.
  • Issues fraudulent chargebacks.

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.



10. Chargebacks and Disputes

10.2 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing false chargebacks after receiving access to course materials constitutes fraud. The provider will:

  • Provide evidence to payment processors.
  • Pursue collection of funds.
  • Report fraudulent activity.
  • Terminate all access.

Minimal information is collected: name, email, phone number, and Telegram username for course delivery.

11.2 Data Usage

  • Course delivery and access management.

12. Communication

  • Response time: Within 24–48 hours on business days.
  • Phone support is not available.
