REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital products, counselling services, interior design consultations, site assessments, 3D visualization and other paid services offered by The Growth Room with Mary.
Because different services involve different forms of work and preparation, the refund and cancellation terms may vary by service.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate.
Refunds will generally not be provided because:
- You changed your mind.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You have already accessed or downloaded the product.
- You have not yet read the product.
- You no longer want the product.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, contact us so that we can assist you.
Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Counselling Sessions
Counselling appointments require preparation and reserved time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a counselling appointment, please provide reasonable notice.
Where a cancellation or rescheduling request is made sufficiently in advance, we may allow the appointment to be rescheduled.
Missed appointments or very late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.
3. 4-Session Counselling Package
The 4-Session Monthly Counselling Package consists of four 60-minute sessions intended to take place within one month.
The package is priced at ₦60,000.
If you need to reschedule an individual session, please communicate with us as early as possible.
Unused sessions may not automatically be converted into cash refunds.
Any exception will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable terms.
4. Interior Design Consultation & Site Assessment
Once a consultation or site assessment has been scheduled, time and resources may have been allocated specifically to your project.
If you cancel before the consultation/site visit, any refund or rescheduling will depend on the notice provided and whether expenses or preparations have already been incurred.
Once a site visit has taken place, the consultation/site assessment fee is generally non-refundable because the service has already been provided.
5. Space Planning & 3D Visualization
Space planning, design development and 3D visualization may require significant preparation and creative work.
Once design work has commenced, payments may become non-refundable to the extent that work has already been completed.
Specific project terms, deliverables, revision limits and payment arrangements will be communicated before the design project begins.
6. Project-Specific Payments
For larger interior projects, quotations may contain separate charges for:
- Consultation.
- Site assessment.
- Space planning.
- 3D visualization.
- Design development.
- Materials.
- Furniture.
- Accessories.
- Installation.
- Decoration.
- Other project expenses.
Refund eligibility may differ for each component depending on whether the service or purchase has already been completed or committed.
