2. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Resell the product.
- Reproduce or redistribute the product.
- Share paid download/access links.
- Upload the product to public platforms.
- Claim the content as your own.
- Modify and sell the content as your own work.
All intellectual property rights in our digital products remain with The Growth Room with Mary unless otherwise stated.
3. Counselling Services
Counselling services are intended to provide professional support, guidance and a confidential space for clients to explore personal concerns and work toward meaningful progress.
Available counselling services may include individual virtual counselling sessions and counselling packages.
Current examples include:
- 60-Minute Virtual Counselling Session — ₦30,000.
- 4-Session Monthly Counselling Package — ₦60,000.
Counselling does not guarantee a particular outcome or resolution within a specific number of sessions.
New clients may be required to complete an initial consultation or intake form before commencing paid counselling.
Counselling services are not emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or another person, please contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in your location.
4. Interior Design Services
Interior design services may include:
- Interior design consultation.
- Site assessment.
- Space planning.
- Measurements and assessment of the space.
- Furniture placement recommendations.
- Colour and material recommendations.
- Interior styling guidance.
- Décor recommendations.
- 3D visualization.
- Design concepts.
An initial consultation or site assessment may be required before a final quotation is provided.
The cost of space planning, 3D visualization, full interior decoration, materials, furniture, accessories, installation and other project-related services may vary depending on the size, complexity and requirements of the project.
A quotation will be provided where applicable.
5. Client Information and Forms
Clients may be required to complete forms through Zoho Forms before receiving certain services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
For counselling services, information provided through an intake form may include personal information relevant to providing appropriate counselling support.
For interior design services, information may include project details, property information, measurements, photographs, preferences and budget information.
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments
Payments for products and services may be processed through Selar or other payment providers made available by us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during payment is accurate.
A service is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and the booking or project has been confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property
All original materials, designs, written content, educational materials, graphics, branding, digital products and other intellectual property belonging to The Growth Room with Mary remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Interior design concepts, drawings, visualizations and other project materials may not be reproduced, resold or commercially reused without permission.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party platforms such as Selar, Zoho Forms, Google Calendar, video-conferencing platforms and other service providers to deliver our services.
Your use of such platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided through our platforms is accurate and useful.
However, educational, counselling, business, design and other information provided by The Growth Room with Mary should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms will be published on our relevant platform with the applicable update date.
