Sediac Co – Refund Policy

At Sediac Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



1. Digital Products:

All digital products (e.g., graphic design, ebooks, templates, digital art, photo/video presets etc.) are non-refundable due to their digital nature.

Once a digital product is delivered or a download link or file is provided, the sale is considered final.

2. Custom Services:

Custom services (e.g., personalized graphic design, photo/video editing) may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

We fail to deliver the service as agreed.



The service is not completed within the agreed timeframe without prior notice.

3. Cancellations:

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Custom service orders can be canceled before work has begun. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible, or only a partial refund may be issued.
