Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive digital products.



2. Custom Services:

Custom services (e.g., personalized graphic design, photo/video editing) are delivered according to the agreed timeframe.

Delivery is usually made via email, file-sharing platforms, or cloud links depending on file size.

Any delays will be communicated to the customer promptly.



3. Shipping Time:



Digital products: Instant delivery after payment.



Custom services: Delivery times vary based on the project scope and will be communicated when the order is placed.



4. Shipping Costs:

Digital products: No shipping cost; delivery is electronic.

Except if you place an order for a physical products or certificates.

Custom services: Pricing is included in the service quote. No additional shipping fees apply for electronic products.

Additional shipping fee will be included if you place an order for a physical products or certificates.



5. Issues with Delivery:

If you do not receive your digital product or custom service, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We will investigate and resend the product or service as quickly as possible.

Issues with Delivery for Physical Products:

If you don't receive your physical products or certificates within timeframe given, please contact us via mail at: [email protected]

Late delivery may occur during festive season, public holiday, during rain and other delayed aspects.

Sediac Co is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or third-party service interruptions.
