By shopping, downloading, or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products and Services:
Sediac Co offers digital products, including but not limited to:
Graphic design assets (templates, banners, logos)
Digital art and illustrations
Video and photo editing services
Other digital creative resources
All products are digital unless otherwise specified. Physical products, if any, will be described separately.
2. Orders and Payment:
Payment must be completed before delivery of any physical digital product or service.
We accept payments via [list payment methods: debit card, bank transfer, etc.] secured by Paystack.
Prices are listed in [Naira/USD/GHS], with other available currency and we reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Taxes and Charges:
Transaction and Processing Charges: 4% of the orders amount and plus a ₦50 flat fee will be added at checkout before payment.
Tax Fee: As mandated by the NRS (Nigeria Revenue Service) fomerly FIRS (Federal Inland Revenue Service) under the new law, a tax fee is now required for all Nigerian citizens, both individuals and businesses.
We have implemented a fixed 4% tax fee at checkout for all orders, regardless of transaction size, whether online via our website, social media and WhatsApp DM or offline through store pickup for certificate and others.
For bulk orders, 4% required tax fee, based on the number or type of products. If items are grouped at checkout, you pay a 4% tax fee for all the orders. This is a percentage-based fee.
The tax fee is excluded if you pay offline with cash or cryptocurrency, but it is required for all banking-related payments.
The tax fee applies to payments made via bank transfer, bank card, USSD, or any other banking system—no exemptions.
In summary, there is no tax-free option for any order, online or offline, except when paying offline with cash or cryptocurrency.
3. Delivery:
Digital products are delivered instantly via download links or sent directly to your provided email after payment confirmation.
Delivery times for custom services (e.g., photo/video editing, graphic design requests) will be communicated individually.
4. Refunds and Cancellations:
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered.
For services (custom design, editing), a refund or partial refund may be offered only at our discretion if work is not delivered as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property:
All digital products, designs, and content provided by Sediac Co remain the intellectual property of Sediac Co unless a separate license or agreement is provided.
Purchased digital products are for personal or commercial use only as specified at the time of purchase.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
6. User Responsibility:
You agree not to use our products or services for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or download links provided to you.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Sediac Co is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We make every effort to provide high-quality products and services but cannot guarantee that our digital products will meet all individual expectations.
8. Privacy:
Any personal information collected (name, email, payment details) is used only for the purpose of delivering your products/services.
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms:
Sediac Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
