2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS - WORLDWIDE

2.1 What: PDF ebooks + Audiobooks

2.2 Price: $2 | ₦700 | KSh 50 per title

2.3 Delivery Method: Instant automatic download via Selar + backup copy sent to your WhatsApp within 5 minutes

2.4 Delivery Time: 0-5 minutes after Selar confirms payment. We operate 24/7 including 3AM.

2.5 Shipping Cost: Free. $0. No hidden fees.

2.6 Countries Served: All countries. If you have internet + Selar checkout works, we deliver.

2.7 Failed Download: If Selar link fails or you don’t get WhatsApp copy in 10mins, message "NO FILE + Order ID" to wa.me/254752429365. We resend immediately.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS - KENYA ONLY

3.1 What: Hardcopy paperback books

3.2 Price: KSh 800 per book. Shipping is included in price. No extra fee.

3.3 Coverage: All 47 counties in Kenya. Doorstep via Fargo Courier, G4S, or bus parcel.

3.4 Processing Time: Orders paid before 8:00 AM EAT Monday-Saturday ship same day. After 8:00 AM or Sunday ships next business morning.

3.5 Delivery Time After Dispatch:

- Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu: 1-2 days

- Other towns: 2-3 days

- Remote areas: 3-5 days

3.6 Tracking: We WhatsApp you the courier name, receipt, and tracking number once shipped.

4. INTERNATIONAL HARDCOPY

4.1 Not offered by default. DHL/UPS from Kenya costs $30-$60 which is 15-30x the book price.

5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS

5.1 Wrong Address/Phone: If delivery fails due to wrong details you provided, re-delivery cost is yours. Confirm details before paying.

5.2 Damaged Package: Send clear photo within 12hrs of delivery to wa.me/254752429365. We resend new copy free or full refund. See Refunds Policy.

5.3 Lost Package: If not delivered within 7 days of dispatch, we resend free or 100% refund. Your choice.

5.4 Delays: If courier delays, we call them daily. You get updates via WhatsApp.

Hardcopy International DHL: You pay any import tax/customs your country charges. We don’t cover it.
