Gentle Progress Family ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our pages, opt in to our free resources, or purchase a product, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
Contact details you give us: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, when you opt in to a free resource or make a purchase. Purchase information: which product(s) you bought and when - we do not collect or store your full card/payment details ourselves; that is handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and/or Selar). Messaging platform IDs: if you choose to join our free Telegram Channel, WhatsApp Channel, or message our Telegram Assistant, that platform shares your public username/ID with us as part of normal use of that platform. Basic website usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, general location by country, device type) via tools such as Google Analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the digital product(s) or free resource you requested; send you the email sequence and occasional updates related to the product or free kit you signed up for; send optional daily/weekly check-ins through our Telegram Assistant, only if you've opted in; improve our products and content based on aggregate usage patterns; and respond to your questions or support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share information with
We share the minimum information necessary with: our email/funnel platform (Systeme.io), to send you emails and host our checkout and delivery pages; our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Selar), to process your payment securely; messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp/Meta), only if you opt in to those channels; and analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics), for aggregate, non-identifying site-usage insight. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.
4. Cookies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well as a result.
5. Data retention
We keep your contact and purchase information for as long as needed to deliver our products, respond to support requests, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, email [email protected].
7. Children's privacy
Our products are for parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
8. International users
We serve families around the world, including across Africa, and your information may be processed in a different country than the one you live in. By using our services, you consent to this.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
