Gentle Progress Family sells 100% digital products - guides, workbooks, trackers, recipe collections, and illustrated card sets delivered as downloadable PDF files. Because of this, there is no physical shipping, no shipping fees, and no shipping address required for any purchase.
1. How delivery works
Immediately after a successful purchase, you'll be redirected to a download/thank-you page where your files are available instantly. A confirmation email containing your download link (and, for tiers that include one, your Telegram Assistant check-in link) is sent to the email address you used at checkout - usually within a few minutes. If you don't see the email within 15-30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
2. Availability
Because delivery is fully digital, your product is available worldwide, instantly, with no shipping restrictions by country or region - this is one reason we offer multiple payment options (Stripe, PayPal, and Selar) so families everywhere, including across Africa, can access our resources easily in their local currency where available.
3. Printing
Every Gentle Progress Family product is designed to be printed at home or at a local print shop if you'd like a physical copy - but printing is entirely optional and at your own cost; we do not print or mail physical copies ourselves.
4. If something goes wrong
If your download link doesn't work, or you never received your delivery email, this is not a shipping delay - it's almost always a quick fix. Email [email protected] with your order/receipt details and we'll get your files to you directly.
