Welcome to Gentle Progress Family ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of any digital product sold on this page, on our website (gentleprogressfamily.com), or through our official Selar storefront. By purchasing or downloading any of our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Gentle Progress Family creates educational, digital, printable resources for parents and caregivers of children with autism, ADHD, or a similar profile - including guides, workbooks, trackers, recipe collections, and illustrated card sets. We are not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service.
2. Our products
All products sold by Gentle Progress Family are digital downloads (PDF files and related digital assets). No physical item is shipped. Once purchased, you receive access to download the files and/or an emailed link to the files.
3. License to use what you buy
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own household/family use, and to print copies for your own personal or classroom/therapy use with your own child or the children in your direct care. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our products (in full or in part) to any other website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or social platform; claim authorship of our content or use it to create a competing product; or share your purchase or download link with anyone who has not purchased it themselves. All content remains the intellectual property of Gentle Progress Family.
4. Not medical or professional advice
Nothing in any Gentle Progress Family product, email, or communication is medical, psychological, behavioral, nutritional, or legal advice, and none of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Our resources are educational and caregiving tools only. Always consult your child's pediatrician, therapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional before making decisions about your child's health, diet, therapy, or education, including anything you read in our materials.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners (which may include Stripe, PayPal, and/or Selar, depending on your location and the option you choose at checkout). We do not directly store your card details. Prices are shown in US Dollars and, where available through Selar, in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

7. Changes to products and content
We may update, improve, or revise our digital products over time. Where reasonably possible, existing customers will retain access to updated versions of a product they've already purchased at no extra cost, but we do not guarantee that every future revision will be delivered automatically.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentle Progress Family is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
