Welcome to Mova. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our storefront on Selar and your purchase of any physical or digital products from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About Us

Mova Store sells both physical products and digital products, and ships worldwide. Our store is hosted on the Selar platform, which processes payments and supports order delivery on our behalf.


2. Eligibility

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


3. Products

  • Digital products (e.g., Meta Ads Decoded™) are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping Policy. Product descriptions, previews, and pricing are provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions.
  • Physical products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through Selar's supported payment methods.
  • We currently offer free shipping on all orders on physical products; any future changes to shipping fees will be reflected at checkout before you complete payment.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable to international orders, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.


5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, methods, and terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: same-day shipping within Cameroon, and 12–14 business days for international orders, with free shipping worldwide.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a purchase, as digital and physical products have different eligibility conditions.


8. Digital Product License & Use

When you purchase a digital product from Mova Store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use as described on the product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital product with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish the content for commercial resale
  • Claim authorship of the content

Violation of this section may result in revoked access without refund.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our store — including product descriptions, images, branding, and digital product materials — is owned by Mova Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you beyond the limited license described in Section 8.


10. User Conduct

When interacting with our store or support channels, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
  • Attempt to defraud us or circumvent our payment or refund processes
  • Use our products or store for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our store


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mova Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store, including but not limited to shipping delays, third-party courier issues, or results obtained from using our digital products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.


12. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." Where applicable (e.g., educational digital products), any results, outcomes, or benchmarks referenced are illustrative and not guaranteed, as individual results depend on factors outside our control.


13. Third-Party Platforms

Our store operates on Selar, and payments and certain order/delivery functions are handled by Selar and its payment partners. Your use of those services is also subject to Selar's own terms and policies.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
